 Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling. 


Any one-on-one or private Coaching:

Your purchase of coaching packages or sessions indicates your commitment to participate in the process and follow through to its conclusion. 

In general, these guidelines apply for coaching refunds, cancellations or rescheduling:

  • The Client may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchasing and request a refund. The refund will be issued minus a 5% transaction fee. To cancel an order, send your request to [email protected].
  • When more than 5 (five) coaching sessions are purchased, no refund will be given for the remaining sessions if the Client chooses to cancel/stop the coaching relationship or agreement for whatever reason 24 hours after the second coaching session.  This means that a refund request must be made by emailing [email protected] within 24 hours of the 2nd (second) coaching session. If a refund is issued, this will be pro rata.
  • If unexpected circumstances prevent the Client from completing all of their sessions, the Client may request a credit or transfer of the remaining sessions. If approved, the credit or a transfer will be issued.
  • No refund will be given for any coaching packages or sessions purchased of 5 (five) or less sessions. If for any reason, the Client chooses to cancel/stop the coaching relationship or agreement, the Client may request a credit or transfer of the remaining sessions. If approved, the credit or a transfer will be issued.
  • The Client may request to reschedule a session if they give at least 24 hours advance notice. Any missed sessions or cancelled sessions with less than 24 hours advance notice will be forfeited.

Expiry of Coaching Sessions

  • 5 (five) or less sessions need to be completed within 3 (three) months. 
  • 6 (six) to 12 (twelve) sessions need to be completed within 12 (twelve) months.   

An extension may be approved at our discretion. To request an extension please email [email protected] 

 

Any group programs or workshops (without one on one coaching): 

If the Client shows up, does the work and doesn’t see any value after one week, a full refund of the group program or workshop will be provided to the Client.  The Client will be required to send all the completed worksheets for review to [email protected]
