This program is a unique blend of 1:1 strategy coaching, mindset work and mastermind coaching.
MONTHLY STRATEGY SESSIONS
Every month we'll have two 1:1 Career Strategy Session where you and I dive deep on issues and challenges you're facing. We go through the high-level plan and hone in on what needs the most attention right now. I’m all about focussing on what you really need to get results fast.
You'll get hand-picked worksheets, exercises, scripts and templates, all customised to your needs and designed to support you on this journey. If relevant to your goals, you’ll also be enrolled in my job search program, The Path To Career Fulfilment.
On this journey, you'll come across roadblocks and challenges and to fully support you, you'll have your coach in your pocket. We'll use an app called voxer, it's like a walkie talkie, and you can simply leave me a voice message and I'll be able to coach you on any specific topic. For example: difficult conversations, presentation nerves, salary negotiations, performance talks, etc...
Each month, you get a private mastermind session with my other clients. These sessions are a combination of brainstorming, advice, feedback, and support on topics like navigating difficult conversations, mindset, building/leading a team, stakeholder management, building alliances, overcoming self-doubt, and more.
